Lewiston Heartland Days

Tickets may be purchased by cash or check.
Winners need not be present to win.
Persons under the age of 18 may not purchase a ticket or win a prize.
Winning tickets will be done by random draw.
Once winners are notified they will have 10 days to arrange pickup or drop off of prize. If after 10 days, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.

Lewiston Heartland Days conducts an Excluded Raffle in accordance to Minnesota Statutes, section 349.166, Subd. 1(c), which states that a nonprofit organization may conduct a raffle without a permit when for the calendar year:

the total value of ALL prizes donated and purchased is less than $1,500, OR
if the organization is a 501(c)3 organization, the total value of ALL prizes donated and purchased for ONE event does not exceed $5,000.
